No. You can place the order as Guest. However to view order history and for best shopping experience we recommend that you create an account with us before placing the order.

Do you provide Free Shipping?

Yes. We provide Free shipping anywhere in India for all prepaid orders.

We accept payment through Net-Banking , Debit Card , Credit Card , UPI and through NEFT transfer. We also provide Cash on Delivery (COD) facility to select cities and for selected products.

Do you provide COD (Cash on Delivery Facility) ?

Yes. We provide COD facility to major pin codes within India. However not all products qualify for COD.

Can I cancel my Order once placed?

No. You cannot cancel the order once it has been placed. No matter if it was shipped or not.

What if the product color varies?

We ensure hat the product descriptions and photographs provided on this web site are accurate and life-like. Whilst the reproduction of colors and styles contained on the photographs shown on this web site are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, Shifa’s Collection Do not accept responsibility forvariances in color or style.

Why is my order showing Processing?

Processing means that we have received your order and it will be shipped to you soon. Sometimes – Order will still show “Processing” even if it has been shipped.

Do you have a Physical Store or an Outlet?

No. Unfortunately we do not have a Physical store or an Outlet.

Do you provide Stitching Service?

Yes. we do provide stitching service on the selected products.

Are Taxes included in the Price?

Yes – Listed price is inclusive of the GST.
